TRAINING

Training is seen as a key role in ARL. This ensures that all staff are adequately trained with our in-house training program. In addition, refresher courses are run to meet client requirements along with the Australian Standards and International specification as well. ARL encourage all new employees to build on their experience in the Inspection and Testing fields by sponsoring them for further education for TAFE, AINDT. In addition, training conducted by both Australian and overseas organizations is conducted along with, on the job site training so as to meet and qualify to the relevant specifications we are working to.
